That's ridiculous advice. Why would I involve the task/PBI while working with a PR? I guess it's because you got accustomed to workarounds that other systems like GitHub or GitLab don't need. Not every comment needs to be resolved. And giving I maintain an open-source project with 340 million downloads and tons of contributors, I think I know what I'm talking about.
